Testifire XTR2 ASD and Flat Detector Adaptor is a specialist adaptor for functional testing of aspirating smoke detection systems and flat or flush-mounted detectors. It fits to the XTR2 in place of the standard membrane, allowing the tester to be positioned around an ASD pipe and aligned with the sampling hole so smoke can be directed into the pipe run. It is useful for engineers working on ASD systems, flush detectors and hard-to-test point detector layouts where the standard test cup is not suitable.
